These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App provided by Sofit Consultancy Pvt Ltd.

By accessing or using the App, including any in-app purchases or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you may not use the Premium version or make in-app purchases.

License:

1. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. In-app purchases are licensed to you on a personal, non-transferable basis.

In-App Purchases:

1. The App may offer in-app purchases or additional features.
2. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees and any applicable taxes.
3. In-app purchases are billed through your account, and you authorize the Provider to charge your account for the purchases.
4. All in-app purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as required by applicable law.

Premium Subscriptions:

1. The App offers Premium Plans that are charged based on the duration of the packages.
2. User has the option to cancel the subscription at any time.

User Obligations:

1. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App and making in-app purchases.
2. You agree not to use the App or make in-app purchases for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.

Privacy:

We respect your privacy and handle data as per our Privacy Policy. The App is committed to protecting your personal information. All in-app purchases require your consent before they are completed.

Intellectual Property:

1. All intellectual property rights in the App, including in-app purchase content, are the property of the Provider.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or in-app purchase content.

Disclaimers:

1. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations.
2. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including in-app purchases, obtained through the App.

Termination:

1. Upon deletion, you may lose access to in-app purchase content, and the Provider shall not be liable for any resulting loss.

Amendments:

1. Provider reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice through the App or other means.
2. Your continued use of the App or in-app purchases after the amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Provider regarding the App.
